Your Whispering Winds wedding rental fee includes full day or 2 day access (see pricing) to the venue on your wedding day.

We also provide:

• White ceremony/reception chairs for up to 200 guests

• Round reception tables seating 8 guests each

• Four 8-foot rectangular tables available

• Four cocktail tables

• Setup and teardown of tables and chairs

• Trash service after your event

• An onsite venue manager throughout your wedding day

Our goal is to take some of the logistical work off your plate so you can focus on enjoying your day.

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. If you're planning to include a dance floor, we recommend a guest count closer to 160 or fewer to allow for comfortable seating and plenty of room to dance.

We have round tables that seat 8 guests each, along with four 8-foot rectangular tables and four cocktail tables available for your use.

Tablecloths and linens are not included in the venue rental. If you're interested in adding linens to your rental, we offer them as an additional option.

We also have a wooden sweetheart table and two wooden chairs available, which many couples choose to use for their sweetheart table.

Our venue features a beautiful built-in serving station designed specifically for food service and catering. This permanent feature provides a dedicated space for your caterer to serve your meal. Whether you're using our in-house catering or bringing in your own licensed caterer, the serving station makes it easy to keep food service organized while leaving your tables available for your guests.

Your Whispering Winds experience includes access to our beautiful outdoor ceremony site, indoor main event space, bridal suite, groom suite and 60-foot back porch.

Our 5,000-square-foot building also includes men’s & women’s bathrooms.

Our ceremony site overlooks the mountains and provides a beautiful backdrop for saying "I do." We provide 200 white ceremony chairs, which we will arrange according to your preferred layout.

We also have two triangle arches or a wooden cross available for you to use.

Whispering Winds has a beautiful indoor event space that serves as a backup option for outdoor ceremonies and events when the weather doesn't cooperate. Our indoor space is heated and cooled and can be arranged for your ceremony.

Our bridal suite is designed to make getting ready comfortable, beautiful and photo-friendly.

The suite includes:

• Oversized mirror

• Multiple getting-ready stations

• Private bathroom

• Hanging space for wedding dresses

• Couch seating

• Beautiful natural window light

It's also a beautiful space for getting-ready photos, first looks and those special moments with your bridesmaids before the ceremony.

Our groom suite gives the groom and his groomsmen a private place to relax and get ready before the ceremony.

The suite includes a TV, private bathroom, hanging space for suits, a mirror, couch and additional seating.

Our 60-foot back porch is a beautiful place for guests to relax, enjoy the mountain views and mingle during cocktail hour.

Whispering Winds offers in-house catering as a convenient option for our couples.

Prefer to choose your own caterer? That's okay, too! Couples are welcome to bring in a licensed outside caterer, who can also utilize our prep area.

Our catering menu is available upon request.

Alcohol is allowed at Whispering Winds. We do require a licensed and insured bartender to serve alcohol at your event.

We have a Trusted Vendor List featuring professionals who have worked with Whispering Winds and know our venue well, but you are not required to use vendors from our list.

You're welcome to choose the vendors who are the best fit for your wedding day.

Every wedding rental includes a rehearsal, but the amount of venue access surrounding your rehearsal depends on your wedding date.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to officially reserve your wedding date.

Your remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your wedding. Couples are welcome to make payments toward their balance along the way or pay the remaining balance in full before the 60-day deadline. Whispering Winds Wedding Venue …

We encourage you to make Whispering Winds your own and bring your vision to life. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Candles: Real candles are permitted as part of your décor, but they may not be lit at any time inside the venue. LED and flameless candles are preferred.

• Sparklers: Sparklers are permitted outdoors only. For safety, sparklers must be used outside and away from the building, guests, landscaping and other flammable materials. Please have a designated person supervise their use and ensure all sparklers are completely extinguished and disposed of properly.

• Hanging décor: Please check with us before attaching anything to walls, ceilings, doors or other surfaces so we can make sure it won't cause damage.

Our goal is to give you plenty of freedom to decorate while helping keep our beautiful venue safe and protected.

Our main entrance features a ramp for wheelchair acess, and both the men's and women's bathrooms include an accessible stall.

Whispering Winds requires couples to have wedding day insurance, just like all other venues do. This can typically be added to a homeowners insurance policy, and many couples find coverage to be relatively inexpensive.
